Welcome to Mrs. Elliott's P.E. Page
Physical activity is vital to physical and spiritual health. At BCS we believe that physical education is important for growing healthy and strong bodies, as well as learning the coordination and skills to enjoy being active and having fun for a lifetime. P.E. is also a great platform for character development by looking to Jesus to make our hearts more like His. Let's stay active while we're home, to keep growing and having fun!

P.E. @ HomeWhile you're home your P.E. assignment is to be physically active for 60 minutes each day and send in your activity logs. Visit the P.E. at Home page often for new games, videos and activities to keep you moving and practicing your fitness skills at home.

About the TeacherMy name is Sarah Elliott. My love for fitness began with basketball in the 1st grade & it took me through college where I earned an exercise science degree in human performance & wellness. This, along with my experience as a health promotion specialist at the health department, evolved my love for fitness into a passion for promoting lifetime wellness. I love training these young hearts, teaching them to be good stewards of all that God has given them.
