Practice Volleying! We used a sheet over hampers for the net and taped plates to wooden spoons for racquets. You can use a balloon or to level up try a paper ball. Volley over the net or to yourself, with left and right hand, back and forehands.
Spin for Fitness: use a plate, tac, and paper clip to create this spinner. Fill it in with a variety of exercises and movements.
Chair Walks! We did this with hands on the chairs like a plank, hands on the floor and feet on chairs, or hands on the chairs with bellies up like a crab walk for tricep work. Keep your core strong and backs straight!
Teach a lesson in Upcycling with your plastic jugs, find a ball or make a sock ball to play catch and work on hand-eye-coordination and underhand tossing.
